Keith has been actively involved in commercial aviation for over twenty-five years as well as being a graduate of Liberty University with a BS and an MA, and currently in the final stages of completing his Ph.D.
During the past 25 years in the aviation industry, Keith has focused predominately on maintenance, operations, and facility management with strong expertise in regional airline contract maintenance and its supporting functions.
Brief Experience History
Keith has been responsible for and simultaneously managed multi-million dollar consigned inventories belonging to multiple air carriers. Since 2000, he has continuously filled the role as the senior manager for multiple mainline and regional airline line maintenance operations and multi-location mainline and regional airline GSE maintenance operations. His management background includes, but is not limited to: vetting, personnel management, training, audits, special tooling and equipment allocation, maintenance, and calibration management; initiating and managing multiple accounts receivable and payable, dangerous goods shipping and HazMat oversight, EPA compliance, customer support, contract negotiations, DOT drug and alcohol abatement program management, technology management, and many other areas. Currently, as the President of Ross Aviation Group, Inc., Keith manages mainline and regional airline line maintenance operations, fleet and logistical management, accounting, personnel management, aviation-based consultation projects/teams, agreement negotiations, determining and assigning applicable consultants to client projects as needed, and other responsibilities pertaining to the complete operation of the business.
