Our team has assisted Certified Repair Stations and individually operated repair shops and/or facilities. Additionally, we offer a unique service to air carriers or to their supporting FBO/On-Call/Contract Maintenance Group that supports the air carrier in line maintenance. We provide assistance in training, audits, organizational skills, etc., in all ramp and or hangar services. We can further provide assistance to airport operators and staff that are FAR 139 certified, as well as to others.
We offer consulting services that include advisement on day-to-day regulatory compliance that maintains good standing in aviation operations. We have conducted numerous training sessions covering a variety of focus, with course selection specifically tailored to the client’s need. Our team includes experts on DOT drug and alcohol testing programs, human factors training for aviation, and a wide range of airline, maintenance, and inventory operations. We also have expertise to develop documentation systems that will assist in regulatory compliance.
Ross Aviation Group provides audit inspections to identify and correct areas of concern and to provide a viable course of action to correct and eliminate deficiencies. We also analyze records, logs, work instructions, inventory controls, and receiving practices to examine operations to the finest detail and to give insight regarding how those outside of the organization perceives the operation.
